Such a poetic expression of anguish and healing! There are so many entry points of relate-ability here.

Was the use of 12 descriptors intended? I don't know what the 12 steps are in the 12 step program, but I imagine this may be the emotional equivalents of the journey.

No Nicole the descriptors are not a part of a program that I know of but the way I have experienced healing from trauma myself.
